PD, CoQ-10 and Golf
4 years postdiagnosis, currently taking Sinemet & Requip - I can manage all the symptoms until I get to the golf course. Would CoQ-10 help my short game around the greens? If so, what strength? I am a retired golf professional, so giving up the game is extremely difficult.

I read in Parkinson's Disease, An Essential Guide for the Newly Diagnosed by Jackie Hunt Christensen that the CoQ-10 should be the trans form and 1200mg/day. I am NOT a medical doctor. My husband was DX in January at 46 years old. I am educating myself so my kness won't knock anymore.
